The First Annual Fitness Tour is Going down in Mombasa in August,Join FIBBA in the 2 Days Tour by International Bikini athlete from FIBBA.

26th of August the event would happen at the F4L GYM in Nakumat Bamburi starting from 4pm to 10.00pm.

27th of August Faiz Gymkhana behind KRA office in Mombasa  

According to the organized the event is aimed at :-

1. Sensitize the community on the benefit of regular exercises and physical activities.
2. Promote unity.
3. A tool to reach the society.
4. Show new training forms.
5. Train the audience on proper training,dieting and safe use of slimming supplements.

This year's event will start in Mombasa move to Machakos and end in Nairobi.

International female bikini athlete from Canada to come and talk to the audience especially women's on

training,dieting and supplements.

One hour talk on training, nutrition and supplements.

ZUMBA session by one of the top trainers Said Zumba

One and a half hour INSANITY session by Nelson Munjua.
